419 Business:
You get an email saying that your help is needed to take money out of a country. This email will promise you a commission after you help them with the transferring of the huge stated amount. Either way, you get an email telling you that the person has money and wants to use your details to invest in your country or do a charity fund. They will convince you with friendly chats using a consistent fake name. Sometimes they will send you emails of a good and friendly conversation to earn your trust that you are really dealing with a good person on the other end of the line. Eventually they will ask you for money to help them take the large amount of money out of the country. Once you pay, they will block you and you will never hear from them again.
Fake websites:
Check very well that our main website has a combination of two words (1) PHRASE and (2) HOLDINGS……. If you find any website that has omitted one of the letters from the two listed words in the domain, then know that you are dealing with a fake website or fake email.
Fraud websites are like
www.praseholdings.com, www.phrasholdings.com , www.phraseholdngs.com , www.phraseholdings.net
Please make sure you take note of the website spellings. Do not be in a rush. Check everything clearly to avoid falling for scams and fraudulent activities. Please take not of the domain extension that it is only ending with dot com (.com)
Do not follow any link with .net, .site/ africa/ .org/ .shop/ .xyz and so forth.
Just make sure that one letter is not omitted from the combination of the two words “phrase and holdings” in their right spellings. Make sure that every email has a domain of our website “@the right spelling of @phraseholdings.com” and ends with .com not anything else.
Fraudster’s emails:
Make sure you check very well that the spelling is very correct “p.h.r.a.se” “h.o.l.d.i.n.g.s”
These emails seem almost close to our original support@phraseholdings.com email. These fraudsters omit out one letter from the word for example “PHRASE or HOLDINGS”; so we encourage all our valued customers to check well for any omitted letter before giving a reply to any email they receive.
Fraud emails are like
info@prasehodlings.com
info@phrazeholdings.com
information@phraseinvest.com
Just make sure one letter is not omitted and the word is in its right spelling. Make sure that every email has a domain of our official websites.
A Fake Overpayment:
The person you are dealing with will send you a cheque/money order with an amount of more than the required amount for the items. He will then ask for the surplus money to be returned to them. The cheque will clear into your bank, only to be stopped/refused weeks later. At this point, the Banks/Building Societies will take the full cheque amount back out of your account. Not only will you have lost the goods, you will be out of pocket for the amount of the cheque and the amount you passed on as the difference.
What to do on any overpayment notice: If you receive an overpayment cheque or money order that is claiming to come from Phrase Holdings International Incorporated (PHI Inc.) please do not send back any amount because they will be using fake digits as cash on the html coding system. Wait for cheques to clear and cash in money orders before sending your product.
You have won Money:
Scammers sends you an email that you have won a large sum of money like R10, 000,000 or $10,000,000. Don’t reply to such messages or emails. They will soon ask for your banking details. They will say you should send a fee for them to process your money for a transaction to take place.
