Job Description

We are looking for professional, Talented, Creative, Skilled and Hardworking General Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for Administrative Events, Events Coordination, Administrative Tasks, clerical tasks and any other appointed duty., 

Skills

Communication: Effective communication involves sending and receiving information. It’s crucial for building strong relationships, problem-solving, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Organizational Skills: General assistants must keep track of tasks, deadlines, and other information. Being organized helps them plan and execute work effectively.
Time Management: The ability to plan and control time usage is vital. Efficient time management ensures productivity and prevents wasting time on non-essential activities.
Customer Service: Providing support to customers before, during, and after purchases is part of a general assistant’s role. Good customer service enhances relationships and boosts satisfaction.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic software (such as email, document creation, and spreadsheets) is essential. Some tasks may require specialized software knowledge.
Multi-tasking: General assistants often handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective multi-tasking ensures smooth workflow.

SALARY:

R90,000 – R180,000 Per Year

A general office assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of an office. They are often the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and their work is essential to the overall functioning of the organization. Here are the duties and Responsibilities of a General Assistant.

AGE:
21+
EDUCATION:
Certificate/ Diploma in the Related field
EXPERIENCE:

2+ Years

Computer Skills, Windows, Mac, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

1 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4 Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5 Prior experience in an office environment may be preferred but those without the experience are encouraged to apply.
