Duties
Welcoming Visitors:
– Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Ensure visitors sign in and provide necessary identification.
Answering and Directing Calls:
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
– Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
Providing Information:
– Offer basic information about the organization, its services, and its location.
– Assist visitors in finding their way around the premises.
Computer Skills, Windows, Mac, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
